Belmont Music offers private lessons for:
Guitar, Bass, Drum and Piano
Lessons are offered Monday through Saturday
Rates are $24 per half hour
Ages 6 106 ~ Its never too late to learn!
Bring your own instrument, or rent one from us.
We have an excellent staff of teachers.
They can teach you the style and any level you are looking for. All of our teachers have at least a bachelors degree in music, and many years experience in teaching their instrument of choice and performing. We are MAC based and have amplifiers and stereos in all rooms. Bring a CD or Cassette of your favorite songs and youll be playing them in no-time.
Lesson policies
Lessons are paid for by the month, in advance. Check, charge or cash. No refunds on lesson payments. 8 hrs. notice required for all cancellations. Only four cancellations allowed per year. A major credit card or check is required as a two week deposit which will be refunded after final lesson To schedule a lesson call us at 617-484-6938.

On-site Luthier - Steve Kurimay
Steve is a well known local guitar tech with over 12 years of repair and performance experience. Having crafted guitars for three major US custom shops, and guitar tech for many local bands. He has an excellent reputation in the Boston area. After doing repairs at Belmont music for some time, His client base has a wide range of musicians.
Master Luthier - Bill Jancar
The Belmont Music repair shop just got a whole lot more awesome!!! Our man Bill Jancar has returned to Boston and will be helping out old Stevo with guitar and bass repairs. Bill brings years of expierence to the shop, as he's created one of a kind instruments for some of the worlds top players. Check out Bill's price list below for his services and prices.

Basic Setup: $50 With Floyd $75
Thorough cleaning of all parts Wood oil treatment Action and intonation adjustments Electrical components cleaned and pickups adjusted Tuning machines lubricated Lacquer Polish Case Vacuumed Other Repairs:
Replacement of potentiometers or jacks: $25.00 Bone nut or saddle replacement (Acoustic): $60.00 Tuning machine installation: $25.00 Acoustic pickup installation , under saddle: $90.00 Replacement electric pickup installation: $35.00-1

All other repairs completed by estimate. Normal electronic repairs are $60.00 per hour.
Estimates on electronics is $25.00 and will be applied to the repair if we service it.
